Bridgeport belt drive milling machine with 42" table

Used Bridgeport milling machine with 42 inch table finished a high standard.

We have machine like this one always available - stock does change quickly
so your machine may not look identical but will always be finished our
extremely high standards. 

The machine at this price have excellent bed ways, great condition leadcrews
and have all had a full service including a table off oil service so they
are fully running all you have to do is apply power and start parking good
quality accurate parts.

Brand New Goodwin 2 axis DRO system which comes with a 2 year warranty.

Original Bridgeport Power feed in the X axis  

Table 42" by 9"in excellent condition

Travel 620mm by 300mm

Machine head will spin up to 90 degrees

Machine head will tilt up to 45 degrees forward and backwards

Ram will will move out up to 10 inches to allow machining of large plates.

Spindle R8 taper.

Spindle chip guard with interlock is included - Note not yet fitted.

Coolant system comes with brand new in-feed and out-feed coolant pipes.

Coolant tray is included.

Power required 415v 3 phase

Motor is the 4 speed so picking a mid range belt setting will mean you get 4
speeds in forward and 4 speeds in reverse - you will probably never need to
change the belt ever.     

Bridgeport in great condition with excellent chrome bed ways full service of
the whole machine so it's fully running. There is power feed in the X axis
and the Quill. This machine is ideal for a development workshop and is ready
to just plug in and start production straight away.

You can also upgrade the DRO system to 3 or 4 axis at small extra cost.

Bridgeport delivery

Standard Delivery by trailer ( based on you being able to offload the machine from a low trailer with a suitable fork truck or overhead crane with a lifting capacity of more than 1.5 tons .
This charge covers delivery up to 100miles from our factory. Please call to discuss if distance greater than that.

Alternatively delivery by Hiab equipped specialist machine mover wagon if also available - we can also quote to position the machine inside your factory but we would need to see the access and internal route. Please email with your details/location or call to discuss further.
